Totally portable and lightweight
The units are designed to be totally portable and fit in on a standard
tripod unit. The unit is designed around two zoom lenses in the same
package. The first offers 6 to 25x zoom capability, the second
provides an impressive 25 to 100x zoom capability.
All control of zoom and focus is electric and operated by a small
handheld controller unit with an optional Pan and Tilt controller
unit for positioning. The camera module is built into the overall
package and integrated with the electric zoom and focus mechanism.
The camera is an Ultra-Low-Light , High-Resolution Monochrome unit
providing 570 lines resolution and operation down to 0.00004 lux
(starlight). This is our lowest lux camera and offers the lowest light
level operation from any commercial nonintensified camera on the
market today.
Unique development and manufacturing
Our electronic and optical specialists have combined our Ultra-Low-
Light cameras with Eastern European optics to produce an
exceptionally, light, robust and flexible unit allowing a wide range of
surveillance requirements to be met. This unit can be deployed in
seconds on a tripod as an observation post or for mobile surveillance
or alternatively, be fitted into a weatherproof nclosure and left for
long periods for long range external surveillance. It really is the
rolling of a number of products and solutions into one complete
and very flexible package.

![]() As the unit operates totally optically, there is no degradation of
the images at high zoom values as you would expect from digital
zoom systems. This, combined with the manufacturing process
using mirrors to shorten actual length, (without the focal
length) ensures vibration on images at high zoom are minimised.
This unit can be used without any in-depth training and deployed
for use in minutes.
Works with standard recorders and monitors
The video output is standard PAL, allowing this unit to be used with standard VHS recorders, camcorders,
miniature digital tape recorders and digital video recording units.
Optional Camouflage and Weatherproof Housing Kits
If required, the unit can be supplied with a camouflage cover for camera, head and tripod. For long term or
permanent external use, there is a weatherproof, heated housing available.
